We’re so happy for our good friends at Alys Beach and their recognition in The Wall Street Journal this weekend. This award-winning destination has been gaining momentum as one of the most sought-after ownership and rental locations in the US.
Response Marketing Group started working with Alys Beach in 2018 as we developed an initial survey of past guests, event attendees, and renters to evaluate awareness in historic feeder markets. We then built propensity models from data on past renters and homeowners to help identify new markets for targeted prospecting and increased bookings. This critical element expanded the Alys Beach audience footprint into 5 new markets that propelled interest to record levels. Working closely with their agency Devote, RMG and the Alys Beach team drove site traffic from 200,000 in 2019 to 2.1 million in 2022.
In February 2022, Alys Beach recognized the power of RMG’s SmartPIXL service and deployed our visitor intelligence technology to help identify site visitors. In 12 months, Alys Beach has been able to
- Identify over 150,000 website visitors by name
- Append address, email and 100+ demographics to matched individuals
- Engage with identified visitors via quarterly email
- Validate print and digital ad campaigns across all channels
